Our model
As we choose to work with only a small number of clients each year, most of our work is led personally by our CEO. From time to time we draw on the expertise of other trusted advisors.

Natalie Collin, Senior Director
Natalie is a strategic philanthropy leader, specialising in helping organisations build the relationships, strategies and internal capability needed to secure transformational funding.
Her experience spans international development, global health, education, children’s services and Catholic and faith-based causes. She has raised more than £50 million for programmes across Africa, Asia, Europe and the United States, working with organisations to diversify income, strengthen funding propositions and build long-term partnerships with philanthropists, foundations, governments and the private sector.
Natalie brings particular expertise in supporting organisations at moments of growth or transition, whether establishing a new fundraising function, developing a resource mobilisation strategy or helping teams move from transactional fundraising towards more strategic, relationship-led approaches. She works closely with senior leaders and fundraising teams to turn ambition into practical plans, stronger pipelines and sustainable income.
Her international experience includes leading efforts at Girl Effect to unlock and align philanthropic, public and private investment for a multi-year, multi-country Gavi vaccine programme. She also developed Amnesty International Ireland’s first philanthropic strategy and advised FoodCloud on its €25 million global campaign to rescue one billion meals, addressing food insecurity and climate change.
Alongside her global resource mobilisation work, Natalie has significant experience supporting Catholic and diocesan causes. She has led capital campaigns and major donor initiatives for organisations including the Cardinal Vaughan Memorial School, the Diocese of East Anglia and the Diocese of Westminster, helping faith-based organisations translate mission into compelling opportunities for philanthropic support.
